I needed a taxi to the Toronto airport, I called him for a price quote and he quoted me a reasonable rate compared to the other companies. I had him take me and my wife to the Toronto airport. I called him to pick us up for the return trip back to Amherst.

I have used other taxi companies in the past and most of the time they show up late for my pickup time to the airport. Al was great,he showed up 10 minutes early,and came in a smoke free vehicle,nice and clean. He helped me load my luggage in the car. I will always use queen city taxi for my transportation needs.

I needed to get home from ECMC at 4 am, the hospital gave me his phone number. Called Al and he came and got me right away. He was very helpful in getting me in the car as I was on crutches. He will always be my go to taxi company.
